I check my emails 2 to 3 times a day. Weekends 1 to 2 times.

They are easy to take care of, when you have their basic needs down. I take allot of care and time with my chinchillas and i would expect you to do the same. Things to remember when wanting a chinchillas, they can live up to 20 years!!!, they don't really like to be held, though they do like their chin and behind their ears rubbed, and of course they love to jump and bounce.
I do require a $25.00 deposit, to hold a chinchilla, I all so give a discount when buying in pairs, we Feel that chins do so much better in pairs, they are happier, healthier, and live long when they have one of there own to be with. This will not change how they feel about you.
I don't refund deposits, unless I cancel the sale of the chinchilla.
